OUR STORY
A Little Background
Ocala Auto Glass Repair & Replacement started as a small operation in 1998 with a basic premise: give Marion County drivers an honest, reliable option for auto glass work without the runaround.
That hasn’t changed. What has changed is the scale, we’ve grown into a full-service mobile and shop-based operation, we’ve added staff and equipment, and we’ve handled everything from a single rock chip on a Honda Civic to full fleet glass programs for local businesses. But the approach is the same as it was on day one.
We don’t push replacement when repair is the right call. We don’t use cheap glass to pad the margin. We show up when we say we will and we do what we said we’d do.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
The Mobile Thing Is a Real Difference, Not a Gimmick
A lot of auto glass companies technically offer mobile service. What that often means in practice is a contractor who got a call at 7am, threw some gear in his truck, and is trying to figure out your vehicle’s glass specs in your driveway.
Our mobile technicians are trained, experienced, and equipped to do everything on-site that we’d do in a shop, including full windshield replacements, ADAS recalibration, and rear glass work. We stock glass for the most common vehicles in Marion County and can source less common makes quickly.
When we say we come to you, we mean you get the same quality you’d get in a shop, at your house, on your schedule.
On Insurance, We’ve Handled This Before
Florida’s insurance laws around auto glass are genuinely good for drivers, but getting insurers to process claims correctly isn’t always smooth. We deal with it every single day.
We know which carriers process claims quickly. We know which ones are more likely to push back on coverage. We know what to say and what to document to get your claim handled right the first time. By the time you call us, the insurance side of this is pretty much handled.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
How We Operate
We’ll be straight with you about what you need. If a repair will do the job, we’ll say so, even though replacement brings in more money. If your damage is in a spot where repair won’t give you clean results, we’ll tell you that too.
We use OEM and OEM-equivalent glass. Our adhesives meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards. We protect your vehicle’s paint and trim during installation and clean up completely when we’re done.
Every job comes with a lifetime warranty on our workmanship. Not a “call us and we’ll see” warranty, a real one. If something’s not right with how we installed it, we fix it. No argument.
